Technical FAQs

因此，责任人或彻底检验人员的雇主应根据维护工作的复杂程度以及随后的彻底检验工作来评估风险。进行风险评估时，应考虑是否可以将检验员视为是公正的，因为检验员可能会认为自己做得很好，因此进行检验时可能没有那么彻底。有时，第二个人的行事会更加公正，并看到与维护相关的缺陷。
请注意，人为错误是造成大部分事故的根本原因。
此外，还必须注意 BS 7121-2 系列标准的规定，“彻底检验人员与维护人员不能是同一人，这一点很重要。因此，对于英国的起重机，遵循标准中给出的指导是可取的做法”。

供应法中定义的工作负载限制或最大工作负载是指在理想条件下分配给“最大”安全工作负载的负载值，在大多数情况下，工作负载限制和安全工作负载是相同的。但是，根据使用条件，合格人员可能需要将其降至较低的安全工作值，在这些情况下，工作负载限制和安全工作负载会有所不同。
额定能力与工作负载限制相同，一些起重机会使用此术语，额定能力因配置而异。

供应法不要求起重设备制造商为设备提供唯一标识，只是要求如果他们指定了唯一标识，则需要在产品上标记出来。
另一方面，使用法要求责任人对起重设备进行检查和/或彻底检验，并出具检查或彻底检验报告。此报告必须明确地标识设备，以便可以有效地补救缺陷。
如果责任人拥有多台类似的通用式起重设备，则最好为每台设备提供唯一的标识号，然后记录在每份彻底检验报告中，从而确保可通过报告追溯设备而不会产生歧义。
但重要的是要注意，还有其他方法可以确保正确标识报告中的设备，例如各台设备的位置，或为分组到特定区域的多台设备使用不同颜色
