Keep your TEAM card up to date
LEEA’s TEAM cards are valid for 3 years and to renew a card, the holder needs to take a short, online refresher training course for each of their qualifications, writes Wee Learn Ng, LEEA’s Regional Manager for Southeast Asia and Asia-Pacific. This ensures they stay up to date with changes to legislation and standards, as well as reminding them of best practice and key information.
You will be asked to take a short online training session for each of your LEEA qualifications featuring a review of key information and updates on legislation and standards.
Each course takes around 1 hour and contains a quiz to check your knowledge. There is no formal assessment required. You can download and print a completion certificate for your records and to add to your CPD portfolio.
TEAM Cards are one-time issued cards, therefore on completion of your refresher courses LEEA will virtually update your card with the new expiry date. If you have not previously had a card, one will be sent to you.
LEEA’s TEAM card is a simple and smart way for companies to check the authenticity of your LEEA inspectors. It provides evidence of identity and LEEA qualifications. It is available to people who:
- Hold a LEEA Advanced Programme or Diploma
- Are directly employed by a full member of LEEA
Just tap the TEAM card on a smart phone with NFC ID access (internet required) to obtain the inspector's information, including the competency modules they have and the card’s expiration date. Another method to get the information is to visit leeaint.com/Verify-a-TEAM-Card. Details on TEAM Cards can be found on the following link leeaint.com/team-card.
