WH Scott & Son Engineers has acquired Hutcheon Examination Services (HES). This strategic acquisition marks WH Scott’s third successful deal in as many years, highlighting the company’s commitment to growth and expansion in key sectors.
The acquisition of HES further strengthens WH Scott’s position as a provider of lifting and engineering solutions, enhancing its capabilities in inspection, testing, and examination services across various industries.
