Temporary unavailability of our website and Learning Management System – 22nd October 2026.
Earlier today, our website and Learning Management System (LMS) were temporarily unavailable.
This was a precautionary measure taken in response to a security vulnerability affecting PHP, a widely used technology that powers websites and online systems around the world. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we took immediate action to protect our systems and, most importantly, our members’ data.
We recognise that this caused disruption, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience. Taking these systems offline was unavoidable, and we believe it was the right decision to keep your information safe.
Protecting our members is always our priority. I am happy to report that both systems are now fully restored
