Searchbot finds technical guidance you can count on
LEEA has launched a Searchbot, updating the earlier Chatbot model to give the fastest route for members of the Association to ensure they get the right guidance, straight from LEEA’s official library. This member-only benefit is accessible via the LEEA connect app or on www.leeaint.com.
Unlike generic AI tools, Searchbot never invents answers, it only returns answers from LEEA-approved guidance with direct links, guaranteeing accuracy.
Click ‘Login’ on the website, enter your credentials, locate Searchbot and type your question into the text field. Press ‘Enter’ and Searchbot will share an excerpt from the relevant guidance document as well as a direct link to it. If satisfied, click the thumbs up button or contact the Technical Team for further assistance.
Through the work and expertise of its Technical Team and Technical Committee, LEEA has built a wealth of knowledge featuring a library of guidance documents such as the COPSULE (Code of Practice for the Safe Use of Lifting Equipment). By making guidance on using lifting equipment safely even more accessible, quicker and easier to find, Searchbot will further improve LEEA’s ability to transfer knowledge on safe practice to achieve the goal of zero accidents, injuries and fatalities in lifting and height safety industries.
