Recruiting for new leadership roles
LEEA is recruiting a number of important senior manager roles that will play a significant part in developing the Association as it moves forward.
As part of a new strategy, a new executive management team is now being appointed to work with the Chief Executive. The first of these three key roles is Director of Compliance, who will be responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance to LEEA Standards throughout the membership. This includes local and international standards and legislation.
- Leading and managing the compliance work of the association, with responsibility for all aspects of policy, research, and audit quality.
- Owning the development and implementation of effective knowledge management tools to and on behalf of LEEA Members.
- Engaging with LEEA technical committees, relevant special interest groups and securing input from the wider membership to improve industry standards and achieve the aim of eliminating accidents, injury and fatalities.
- Engaging with policymakers and regulators globally, offering advice and counsel through consultation responses, supported by high quality research and evidence.
The second role is Director of Membership, who will be responsible for:
- Growing LEEA Membership, whilst ensuring member retention and satisfaction. The growth plan for LEEA is aimed at increasing the acquisition of international members.
- Marketing and Communications, including Brand, Public Relations and above the line marketing.
- Take the lead on delivering high quality events such as the international exhibition, LiftEX and LEEA Awards.
- Develop meaningful relationships with LEEA’s international network, overseeing existing and new partnerships to ensure their effectiveness.
- Identifying avenues for growth, by broadening LEEA’s current membership footprint and developing membership growth strategies which align with the global growth plan.
The third role is Director of Academy, who will be responsible for:
- Developing commercial licensing of LEEA education tools and products, which are relevant to current and future provision.
- Development of Curricula through consultation with members and learning and development partners.
- Develop and deliver innovative learning management systems.
- Identifying new avenues to ensure strong outcomes for learners and improve the capability and standards of those who participate in our training.
- Secure commercial growth for our learning and development platforms.
Another vacancy is the role of Member Engagement Services Manager - UK Midlands. This person will be responsible for the running of the Member Engagement Services within their respective allocated areas or regions in liaison with the Head of Member Engagement.
