Parliamentary Reception for LEEA members

Jonathan Djanogly MP for Huntingdon will be hosting a Parliamentary Reception on behalf of LEEA on 17 July 2019 at the Palace of Westminster, London. The event is strictly by ticket only and with a maximum capacity of 200 guests, LEEA has emailed members to ask if they are interested in attending. In the event of high levels of interest, invitations may have to be allocated by ballot.

The Reception takes place between 12-3pm in the Terrace Pavilion, with drinks and canapes being served. In addition to being able to network with other members attendees will be able to meet invited stakeholders, end users and individuals from LEEA's past. July 17 is likely to be a sitting day for Parliament, but LEEA is also seeking to arrange a guided tour.

Recognising that attending this event may be hard for members outside of the UK, LEEA will be glad to see those travelling to London. The association is also looking to run similar events elsewhere later this year.

Ross Moloney, CEO of LEEA said: “A key goal for the association is to make it a requirement to use only LEEA members when it comes to procurement in end user markets – through legislation where possible. Making this happen means opening up channels of communication with government. The UK parliamentary reception in July, which is a first for LEEA, is part of that process and follows the visit to LEEA’s offices by Jonathan Djanogly, MP last October.”

Members interested in attending the reception should get in touch directly with: Ross.Moloney@leeaint.com
