LiftEx 2019 takes place on 13-14 November 2019 at the Marshall Arena, Milton Keynes, UK. In a new development, Day Two of LiftEx 2019 will have a sharp focus on training and knowledge. LEEA Learning & Development and Technical teams will be offering visitors free training sessions and clinics in The Open Learning Zone. This will be an open learning environment for visitors supported by TEAM card assessment sessions, mini presentations on specific subjects and technical updates, with the opportunity to gain a certificate of CPD attendance.
There will also be a programme of speakers delivering Business Support Sessions. These will offer free industry-specific advice to visitors on IT, GDPR, legislation, HR issues, and more. We are pleased to announce that Dr Nicola Hothi, CEO and Founder of My Academy UK is included in this programme. She will be asking: “Does Cultural Change trump Strategic Change ‘every’ time?”
A passionate leader of change, Dr Hothi has been selected to work for high-profile clients across the world over the past two decades, guiding clients through huge organisational change programme including the United Nations, the Cabinet Office, the NHS, the Treasury, the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Defence.
Her passion is bringing change to life through innovation and creativity – particularly as it relates to people, and the ability to bring people along the journey of transformation.
Most recently, Dr Hothi worked with the NHS, translating policy and standards into specific measures to help real people achieve better standards of care in her role as a Non-Executive Board Director.
Dr Hothi is the founder of My Academy UK, an accredited and professional member of the Association of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and an accredited member of the Institute of Consulting and the Chartered Management Institute. She is a personal coach to a number of CxO-level Executives, and a widely-published author in the field of British and International Politics, globalisation and change as well as being a serving Non- Executive Board Director.
