LEEA Member Vertech Group in new phase of growth
First, it has established CWL Capital, a private equity company headquartered in the United Arab Emirates, designed to formalise and elevate the Groups investment strategies and objectives.
CWL Capital will create internal growth opportunities, while attracting top-tier business leaders and emerging talents to the group across several sectors and regions of the world.
Spearheading this exciting venture is Tom Brennan, whose contributions have been instrumental in the success of Vertech Group over the past decade. Brennan currently serves as managing director of Vertech Group and will bring his leadership and strategic vision to his new role as head of CWL Capital, to drive significant growth opportunities.
As Brennan transitions into his new role, Cameron Waters will take over as the new managing director of Vertech Group.

Waters brings extensive experience in the Inspection, Engineering, and Maintenance sectors. Most recently, he served as the executive general manager of a tier 1 maintenance provider. Prior to this role, he spent over 30 years at a global integrity company where he held various senior global positions, including regional director for Asia Pacific.
Water’s expertise in delivering comprehensive inspection, repair, and maintenance services, makes him a key asset in driving Vertech Group towards its next phase of growth and success.
