Meet Shay Schoultz, our new Regional Business Development Manager for Australia and New Zealand (Pictured above with Steve Purves at Pro-Krane), Justin Boehm, LEEA Regional Manager – Australia & New Zealand.
With eight years in equipment hire and sales under her belt, Shay brings serious industry know-how to the team. But what really drives her? People. And when you meet someone whose passion matches the knowledge in the lifting industry, that's when things get interesting.
We loved hearing Shay's take on what surprised her most since joining us: the breadth of expertise across the sector, and just how much everyone cares about what they do. That's the LEEA community right there—knowledgeable, passionate, and committed to lifting safety standards that protect everyone on site.

The new era for LEEA ANZ with Shay started with some time to learn about the industry, our members and see lifting in action. Thanks to Steve Purves at Pro-Krane for hosting our Lifting Accessories course with Dave Thomson providing his usual great training (see below).
It was great to see industrial lifting at BlueScope in Port Kembla via Inside Industry PK and its general Manager Nikki McCarthy Hicks. Inside Industry provides tours and educational programs provide a unique opportunity to explore industrial processes, STEM education, career pathways in robotics and renewable energy, as well as gain insights into the region’s evolving industries. Thanks also to Corey Chapman and Colin Chapman for your time and an always insightful visit to Mr Lift It.
