Kito Crosby to acquire eepos
LEEA member Kito Crosby has entered into an agreement to acquire eepos (“eepos”) and its subsidiaries, known for its aluminum light crane systems, expected to be finalized Q3, 2024.
Founded in 2006 in Wiehl, Germany, eepos has introduced flexible lifting solutions to workplaces worldwide. Focusing on the development of modular, smooth-running cranes made from lightweight aluminum, eepos has become a ubiquitous brand in ergonomic lifting solutions, with significant global presence including subsidiaries in the US, Mexico, Brazil, Hungary, Turkey, France, South Africa, China, and India.
eepos will join Kito Crosby’s portfolio of installed lifting solutions, including the Kito, Harrington, and Erikkila brands. This portfolio provides turnkey lifting solutions across a range of applications and industries. Additionally, the acquisition furthers Kito Crosby’s presence in the manufacturing sector as well as ergonomic solutions enabling safer working practices for workers globally.
