BES Group expands into Europe
LEEA Associate member, BES Group has made its first acquisition outside of the UK, marking a significant milestone with the purchase of Dutch company ECH Groep. Known for its expert pressure inspections across the Netherlands, ECH Groep has been operating for over 25 years and was one of the first inspection bodies designated by the Dutch government.
The acquisition brings ECH Groep’s team of more than 45 skilled professionals into the BES Group fold. Their engineers and surveyors are recognized for maintaining high industry standards, aligning perfectly with the values of BES Group. The Dutch company, based in Ede, Gelderland, strengthens BES Group’s presence in Europe, enhancing its ability to serve customers across the continent.

This acquisition marks the 18th addition to BES Group since its formation in 2015, bringing its team to around 1,750 employees. BES Group continues to expand, both organically and through strategic acquisitions, strengthening its position as a provider of end-to-end risk management solutions.
