An inspiring Regional Event in Singapore
A heartfelt thank you to all our participants, distinguished guest speakers, LEEA members, and industry stakeholders who joined us at the LEEA Southeast Asia Regional Event on 14 October 2026, writes Wee Learn NG, LEEA Regional Manager – Southeast Asia.
As we gathered in Sofitel Singapore City Centre, I was touched by the passion and enthusiasm demonstrated by everyone who attended. Seeing professionals from different backgrounds come together, actively engage in discussions, exchange ideas, and share a genuine commitment to improving lifting safety was truly inspiring.
We would like to extend our special appreciation and sincere gratitude to our honourable guest speakers: Prof Capt. Frederick Francis of C&C International, Derek Chong – RINA Tech Singapore and Joachim van der Meulen of DROPS Asia Chapter.
Thank you for dedicating your valuable time, sharing your professional expertise, and delivering insightful presentations. Your contributions have enriched the event and provided valuable perspectives on improving safety, embracing innovation, and advancing best practices across the lifting industry.
We are equally grateful to all our participants for your active engagement, meaningful discussions, and continued support. Your presence and enthusiasm made this event truly memorable. Together, we share a common goal — to raise industry standards, promote best practices, and build a safer lifting industry.
We look forward to strengthening our collaboration and welcoming everyone again at future LEEA events! Thank you once again for being part of this successful event.
