Lifting Equipment Inspection Seminar
William Ng, LEEA Regional Engagement Manager, South East Asia joined Johny, Executive Officer at PT Mitra Pradana Jaya to present at the Lifting Equipment Inspection Seminar held on 6th August 2024 at Indonesia Drilling Training Center (IDTC) in Cirebon, Indonesia.
The event’s main purpose was to promote to end users the importance of Thorough Inspection and maintenance of their equipment. Topics discussed during the seminar included basic inspection, criteria for becoming a qualified inspector and methods of inspection.
They addressed an audience of 20 from PT Pertamina Drilling Service Indonesia (PDSI). A subsidiary of Pertamina, PDSI has been operating for over 10 years in exploration drilling services, exploitation drilling and workover (the maintenance and repair of existing wells) of oil, gas and geothermal sites.
The event was organised in collaboration with PT Mitra Pradana Jaya, which has been a LEEA Full Member since 2017. The company manufactures and supplies a wide range of rigging and lifting equipment tools in Indonesia.
