TEAM Card Refreshers — September Update
Don’t let your TEAM Card expire – take action now!
We are currently enrolling TEAM Card holders whose cards expire up to the end of September 2015 on the new TEAM Card Refresher courses.
If you have not received your invitation to complete the refresher courses for the LEEA Diplomas you hold then please speak to your Company’s LEEA Contact – we require their authorisation to renew your card before we can send out your personal training invitations.
All refresher courses are delivered through your internet browser from our new online training portal – the LEEA Academy. Invitations to complete the courses can only be sent to your individual email addresses so please make sure we have your up-to-date email address.
Please note - if the student’s refresher is not completed after 3 months then we will advise you of this and that student will be removed from the LMS platform. Should this student wish to re-apply for a future TEAM card renewal, the cost of this will be £25 per card.
Please note: The Academy will only work using modern internet browsers, such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer 9 or above (Not using private browsing or Incognito windows). Although the courses are available on mobile devices, we recommend that refreshers are completed on desktop PC’s or laptops to prevent incompatibility with conflicting operating systems and browser versions.
